Professionally, Parker has been with Carrabba's Italian Grill for 17 years and has served as the Managing Partner of the Westminster location since 2013. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships with guests, mentored team members, and supported numerous local organizations and community events. He believes that strong business leadership extends beyond running a successful restaurant—it means actively investing in the community and helping it thrive. Parker has dedicated countless hours to community service and currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Westminster Chamber of Commerce, where he works alongside business and community leaders to strengthen the local economy and promote Westminster as a great place to live, work, and do business. His commitment to public service also includes serving as Chairman of the Westminster License and Permit Board and Chairman of the Jefferson County Liquor Licensing Authority. These leadership roles have provided valuable experience working with local government, making thoughtful decisions, and balancing the interests of residents, businesses, and the community as a whole. Public safety is another area Parker is passionate about. He serves as President of the Westminster Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association and is an active member of Westminster Citizens Fire (C-FIRE). He strongly believes that supporting police officers, firefighters, and first responders—and fostering strong partnerships between public safety agencies and the community—is essential to maintaining Westminster as a safe and welcoming city. Above all, Parker is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Amanda, are raising their two children, Cassidy and Logan, in Westminster.
