Tiffany Flores is a Colorado native with a B.A. in Behavioral Science from Metropolitan State University. She has built a career rooted in service and community impact, with professional experience as an elementary school teacher, a social worker supporting individuals with disabilities, and the owner of a residential and commercial cleaning company. Tiffany currently serves as the Community Engagement Specialist for Jefferson Academy Charter Schools, where she supports the organization across multiple campuses. Her multifaceted role includes serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors; leading marketing, advertising, sponsorships, donor relations, events, and networking efforts; and helping families access critical resources during challenging times. Through partnerships with organizations such as A Precious Child, T-Mobile Hotspots, and Mountainview Church, Tiffany works to strengthen support systems for students and families throughout the community. Deeply committed to service, Tiffany is actively involved in her community, volunteering with organizations such as the Polka Dot Powerhouse Westminster Chapter and participating in her church choir. She is a proud mom to three sons—Billy (22), Nolan (20), and Jack (13)—and a newlywed to her husband, Steven. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys reading, attending theatre and comedy shows, dancing, and singing.
